Winter Tournament
On Thursday the 12th and Friday the 13th some of the year 7/8's were entered in either Netball, Table Tennis or Soccer for the winter tournament at Saxton Field. The Netballers played 8 games and only lost two and won their grade and Table Tennis got fourth. Unfortunately the Soccer got called off because of the rain so they could not complete their pool.

Catholic Schools Day
On Wednesday was Catholic Schools day. We had a big mass at the Trafalgar Centre with St Peter Chanel, St Joseph and Garin Collage. When we got there we were split into four main whanau groups. We finished off our prayer flags and hung them on string across the hall. Then there was the mass where the Saint Paul's band played "Sing Your Praises". At the end of the mass St Joseph and Garin showed some of their Stage Challenge performances. By then it was 2:00 and time to leave back to school on the Bus.

-Could result in misleading and damaging school league tables
-Are not the solution to under-achievement
Come to the Saint Paul's School office to show your support and sign the National Standards Petition. Help your children get a better education.
